    The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of An Automated Cutting Machine For Cutting Materials Including Installation And Accessories. The Contract Will Be Implemented Within The Project “Center Of Industrial Research, Development And Innovation” With The Auspices Of The Op St Resources According To Program And Call 68. Technology In The Automotive And Air Industry And Energy Industry. More Detailed Requirements For The Part Of The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Are Determined By The Tender Documentation, Within The Meaning Of Section 96 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. In Open Proceedings Pursuant To Section 56 Of The Act. The Delivery Will Include The Technology In Question With Accessories, Transport To The Place Of Contract, Installation And Commissioning There. Where It Is Referred To A Specific Subject, Trade Names Or Brands, This Does Not Lead To The Advantage Of Certain Products, Manufacturers Or Suppliers, Or Vice Versa. The Designation Also Respects The Industry Standards And The Designation Necessary For Specification Of The Subject Of The Order. The Client Also Allows Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions. However, The Demanded Performance Must Be Compatible With The Project Concept And The Solution Designed For Its Implementation. This Is Based On The Contracting Authoritys Requirement That Where The Offered Performance Would Be Incompatible With Already Used Devices Or Systems, Its Adaptation Of The Contracting Authority Would Cause Extraordinary Difficulties. The Delivery Will Include An Ec Conformity Statement. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow A Variant Offer Solution Or Partial Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change Or. Specify The Tender Conditions Of This Public Contract In Accordance With The Law. The Offer Must Be Processed In Czech And German.
