The Contract Is Co-Financed From The Operating Program Fair Transformation 2021-2027 Within The Project Fastening And Input Pavilion Registration Number Cz.10.02.01/00/23_006/00005. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Divide The Public Contract Into Individual Parts. The Contract Is Divided Into The Following 3 Parts In Accordance With Section 35 Of The Public Procurement Act: 1) Part 1: Equipment For Automation Workshops 2) Part 2: Equipment Equipment Equipment 3) Part 3: Furniture And Equipment Part 1 And 3 Are Currently Entered. In This Tender Procedure, Therefore, The Participant May Submit An Offer For Part 1 Or 3 Contracts, Or Both Of These Parts. Within Each Part Of The Contract, The Participant Must Always Be Offered A Complete Fulfillment Of The Part Of The Contract In Accordance With The Terms Of This Tender Documentation. The Technical Parameters Of The Demanded Performance Are Defined With The Fact That The Contracting Authority Allows Them To Be Modified While Maintaining The Principle Where Quality Parameters Are Determined As Minimal, Dimensional And Weight Parameters As Recommended If Something Else Is Given For A Particular Parameter, With The Tolerance Specified In The Contract So That The Performance Can Be Installed For This Device. Teaching Vocational Subjects By The Contracting Authority. When Delivering Interior Equipment, The Supplier Must, In Particular, Respect The Dispositions Listed In The Drawings Of The Project Documentation And The Specification Of The Equipment Items, Which Also Implies Taking Into Account The Possible Existing Facility, Its Dimensions And The Need To Install Or Placement. The Contracting Authority Explicitly States That The Dimensions Of Individual Devices Are Understood As Recommended That Their Modification Is Possible So That All Supplied Equipment Can Fit Into The Defined Space And Maintain Its Purpose (Suppliers Cannot Propose To Supply Such A Design That Does Not Fulfill Its Purpose In Some Part). This Contract Also Includes Transport, Installation And Assembly At A Place Designated By The Contracting Authority. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Fact That The Contract Will Be Delivered Complete And Will Contain All Parts Needed For Perfect Operation. Only Original (Unrepted) Components Will Be Used In The Filling. The Technical Specifications Determine The Basis Of Minimum Requirements For Function, Performance, Durability, Etc. The Contracting Authority Explicitly States That The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Can Be Fulfilled Both By The Supply Of Purchased Equipment Or By Delivery Of The Manufactured Equipment (Both Type And Atypical Furniture And Equipment), With The Supplied Equipment To Meet The Contracting Authority Set By Quality Parameters. Individual Parts Of The Order: 1) Part 1: Equipment For Automation Workshops Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance For Part 1 Is Contained In Annex 1 Of The Contract For Part 1 - Technical Specifications. 2) Part 3: Furniture And Equipment Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance For Part 3 Is Contained In Annex 1 To Part 3 - Technical Specifications. Filling For All Parts Is Required Including Transport, Installation And Assembly Of Individual Parts.
