    Both For Regular Maintenance On The Tram And Metro Parlor And Also To Remedy Calamities And Malfunctions On The Overhead Pipeline, Specially Equipped Cars Are Needed, The So-Called Overhead Montage Cars Are Further Referred To As Bmws. These Vehicles Are Suitable For Both Rail Transport And On Public Roads And Are Equipped With A Platform, So That The Engineers Can Be Brought To The Location Where The Work Must Be Carried Out. Ret Has Three Bmws In Use. The Oldest Car (Number 2040) Is Approaching The End Of Its Technical Lifespan And Must Be Replaced. That Is Why Ret Wants To Replace The Overhead Line -Mounting Car No. 2040 With A New Car That Meets The Current Technical And Environmental Requirements And That Is Easy To Deploy And Has Little Trouble With Malfunctions. The Objective Is To Arrive At An Agreement With One Supplier For: - Delivering One New Bmw And, - Maintenance And Service (Malfunction Service) To The Relevant Bmw.
