Vehicles Must Meet The Following Criteria: * Provide A Diesel Engine. * The Engine Power Is At Least 20 Cv/Tonne And At Least 400 Hp. * The Vehicle Has 2 Axles. * The Vehicle A Has A 4X2 Transmission. * The Vehicle B Has A 4X4 Transmission. * The Gearbox Is Automatic, Robotic Or Equivalent, Without A Dembracted Pedal And Not Requiring Manual Change. * Equipped With A Simple Cabin. * Equipped With A Retractable Park (Aerial Lift Not Admitted). * The Last Plan Of The Scales Is Articulated And Not Telescopic. * The Maximum Height At The Floor Of The Nacelle Compared To The Ground Is At Least 30 Meters. * The Scale Park Has A Generator Allowing The Electrical Systems Of The Scale Park. * Provide A Stabilization System With Automatic Stabilization And Recovery. * Each Stabilizer Can Be Maneuvered Independently Of Each Other. * Each Stabilizer Is Equipped With An Orange Flashing Light Which Lights Up As Soon As The Power Is Engaged. * Provide A Nacelle At The End Of The Scale That Can Accommodate A Minimum Of 4 People Counted At 100 Kg Per Person. * The Payload Of The Nacelle Is At Least 400 Kg. * Provide A Fixing System For A Lifeboat Support On The Nacelle, Compatible With The Ferno Barella Toboga 71 System. * The Vehicle Will Be Registered In Blue Plates. * The Vehicle Will Meet The Antipollution Standards In Force At The Time Of Delivery. * All The Elements Mentioned In The Equipment List Will Be Stored In The Vehicle. * Interior Design Is Done In Collaboration With The Ecap. * The Vehicle Is Adapted To The Climate And The Regions Of Neuchâtel And La Chaux-De-Fonds As Well As To The Building Where It Will Be Parked. * Technical Specifications With The Mention Elimination In Annex C Are All Accepted.
