    Work Detail

    School Slates Or Boards With Wrting Or Drawing Surfaces Or Instruments-Procurement Of Interactive, Digital Tafel Systems From The Manufacturer Promethean For Schools In The Mittelachsen District. • 5 Years On-Site Service From Approval/Commissioning • Exchange Of Defective Components Or Restoration. Due To The Contractor. The Contractor Has To Carry Out Annual Maintenance With The Following Minimum Requirements For The Duration/Commissioning Of The Complete System For The Duration Of 5 Years: • General Review Of The Functionality Of The Entire System (Height Adjustment, Wall Assembly, Mobile Substructure, Etc.) Devices (In Particular Also At Difficult To Access) • Documentation Of The Maintenance & Cleaning (Time Of Maintenance Of The Respective Device, Reference Data On The Device (In Particular Location, Serial Number, Serial Number Or Similar), Scope Of Maintenance) A Appointment Must Be Made At Least 2 Weeks Before The Maintenance Work Has Been Provided With The Respective School Facility. The Maintenance And Cleaning Protocol (Documentation Of Maintenance & Cleaning) Must Be Presented In The Respective Schools And Have A Representative Of The School Drawn. Maintenance & Cleaning Is Only Considered To Be Provided If There Is A Drawn Maintenance And Cleaning Protocol. Upon Request, The Contractor Must Submit The Drawn Maintenance And Cleaning Protocol. For The Operating System Of The Table Systems And For The Software Activinspire® Professional, New Programs And Versions Such As Updates And Upgrades Etc. (Software Maintenance) Must Be Provided For A Period Of 5 Years From Approval/Commissioning.
