    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Vehicle For Transporting 9 People (8+1) With An Electrically Extended Side Degree, A Handrail That Facilitates Getting On And A Standard Housing For Disabled People As Part Of The Implementation Of The Program Of Leveling The Differences Between Regions Iii - Area D. The Implementation Of The Project Is Co -Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons (Pfron). The Vehicle Will Be Used By The Special Educational Center In Żary. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 5 To Swz. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be A Factory New, Complete And Free From Physical And Legal Defects, I.E. Not Used Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Activities Checking Its Correct Work. 4. The Delivered Car Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Also Covering The European Union Market, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. 5. Elements Included In The Subject Of The Contract On The Day Of Submitting Bids May Not Be Allocated By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sale.
