    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Export Of Waste From Streets, Squares And Green Areas In The City Of Chojnice. 2. The Order Includes, In Particular, The Following Activities: 1) Export Of Waste In The City Of Chojnice (A Service Covering The Collection, Loading And Unloading Of Waste Or Materials), 2) Disposal Of Impurities In The City Of Chojnice And On The Chojnice Route- Nowy Dwór Near Chojnice-Chojnice (Service Covering Collection, Loading And Unloading Waste On The Indicated Landfill), 3) Transport) Materials In The City. 3. The Equipment Needed To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Is Provided By The Contractor. Transport Of Waste Should Be Carried Out By A Universal Truck With A Load Capacity Of Up To 1500 Kg. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Contract With Due Diligence And In Accordance With The Law In Force In This Respect, In Particular The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Requirements For The Collection And Transport Of Waste In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). The Cited Legal Provisions The Contractor Undertakes To Apply Taking Into Account Any Changes To The Legal Status In This Respect. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Garbage From The Road And Pavement, Which May Fall Out During Their Collection. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer The Collected Municipal Waste To The Authorized Entity In Order To Further Develop Them In Accordance With Applicable Law - I.E. To The Waste Development Plant In Nowy Dwór Near Chojnice. The Cost Of Storage Of Waste At The Waste Management Plant In Nowy Dwór Near Chojnice Charges The Contractor. 6. The Contractor Will Provide Services That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract Based On The Ordering Order Transferred To Him By Phone Or By E-Mail To The E-Mail Address. 7. The Service Time Will Be Counted From The Moment The Contractor Is Transferred.
