The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Multi -Branch Design, Construction And Technical Documentation And Cost Estimate For The Investment Entitled Expansion, Reconstruction And Renovation Of Building Facilities And Technological Installation Of The Existing Gas Station, Exit From A Public Road, Car Charging Station And Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In Włocławek, On Plots At Żytnia Street Number 42/6, 42/8, 43/3, 46/5, 49/8 Km 112/1. In Particular, To: 1) Developing A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended) - In The Form Of Full Project And Cost Documentation, Hereinafter Congress From A Public Road, Car Charging Station And Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In Włocławek, On Plots At Ul. [Hereinafter Referred To As The Concept] And The Technological Project. The Concept Will Present In Detail The Solutions In The Functional And Utility System Of The Rebuilt Station Pavilion Building And Visualizations Of The Facade Visible From The Station And Ul. Rye. The Concept After Acceptance By The Ordering Party Will Constitute The Basis For The Development Of Multi -Branch Project And Cost Documentation And Applying For Technical Conditions. 3) Developing An Project Information Card And/Or An Environmental Impact Report And Obtaining A Change In The Current Decision On Environmental Conditions [No. P. 6220.15.2023 Of 29 December 2023] And Obtaining Their Acceptance By The Ordering Party, 4) Obtaining A Decision On Building Conditions And Land Development, 5) Preparing The Application, The Application And Obtaining By The Contractor - In Accordance With Art. 30 (1) Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) Of The Final Decision On Building Permit.6) Determining The Geotechnical Category Of The Conditions For Founding Facilities And, Depending On The Needs And Decision Of The Designer, Developing The Required Geological Documentation. 7) Depending On The Type Of Designed Method Of Draining Rain And Rainwater-Obtaining A Water Permit. 8) Obtaining Technical Conditions From Media Gestors To Connect To The Network: A) Water And Sewage In The Field Of Cold Water Installation And Sanitary Sewage System, B) Rainwater Drainage System, C) Energy, D) Heating, E) Teletechnical And Other Required, F Exit From The Municipal Road. The Facility Is Located In Public Space And Will Be Widely Available. 9) Developing A Map For Design Purposes, 10) Obtaining Deviations From Technical Conditions, If Necessary, 11) Making All Necessary Arrangements, Permits, Decisions And Opinions Regarding The Developed Project Documentation, In Order To Obtain A Building Permit.
