1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled Adaptation Of Urbanized Areas Of The Kamień Pomorski Commune To Climate Change By Developing Plac 5 March In Kamień Pomorski Together With The Reconstruction Of The Fragment Of Ul. Mickiewicz. The Investment Will Include The Following Registration Plots Within The Geodetic Area Of ​​Kamień Pomorski 2, Kamień Pomorski Commune: Journal Of Laws No. 228/7, Journal Of Laws No. 257, Journal Of Laws No. 291. 2. The Planned Investment Consists Of Min. At The Change In Land Development Including The Implementation Of The: Water-Permeable Paved Surfaces (Including Pedestrian, Driving Strings), Small Architecture Elements, Leveling Of The Area, Construction Of Electrical Installations (Land Lighting), Elements Of Green And Blue Infrastructure: Green Areas (New Plantings And Clippings), Water Installations (For Watering And Supplying Water Fountains), Retention Reservoirs, Shading Installations With Green Roofs, And The Spraying And Recovery System Of Rainwater (Fountain, Educational Water Square), As Well As A Playground, Renovation Of The Monument Along With Other Necessary Works Resulting From The Adopted Land Development. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Work Provided For The Implementation Is Included In The Design Documentation Made Available By The Employer. 4. The Project Is Co-Financed Under European Funds For West Pomerania 2021-2027 Priority 2: European Funds For Zielony Western Pomerania Action 2.12 Adaptation To Climate Change Project Type: 1. Adaptation Of Urbanized Areas For Climate Change. 5. The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Reduce The Negative Effects Of Climate Change And Increase The Resistance Of The Urbanized Space Of The City Of Kamień Pomorski. 6. The Detailed Goals Of The Project Implementation Are: A) Creating Urban Space With Adaptive Functions To Climate Change, Such As: Reducing The Effect Of Heat Island And Rainwater Management; B) Increasing The Resistance Of The Spa City To Phenomena Associated With High Air Temperatures And The Protection Of Health Of Sensitive Social Groups; C) Increasing The Resistance Of A Spa City On The Occurrence Of Extreme Rainfall And Related Local Rainfall And Related Local Rainfall And Related To Them Flooding; D) Shaping Urban Ecosystems Based On Green-Blue Infrastructure, Providing Ecosystem Services For The Local Community. 7.
