    The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 9X19 Mm Parabellum Semi -Automatic Pistols In The Training Version, Intended For Non -Firing Training With Equipment, In The Amount Of 75 Kpl. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Technical Specification For A 9X19 Mm Self -Potential Pistol. Kpl, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz. The Product Must Be In Terms Of Structural And Functional In Accordance With The Combat Version Of The 9X19 Mm Parabellum Semi -Automatic Pistol Listed In § 1 Of Decision No. 48 Of The Police Commander -In -Chief Of February 8, 2022 On The Establishment Of Patterns And Types Of Armament Of The Police (Journal Of Laws Of Kgp Of 2022, Item 71, As Amended). The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The So -Called Cross -Sections. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Warranty For: 1) Minimum 60 Months - Warranty For Pistols And Magazines; 2) Minimum 36 Months - Warranty For A Cleaning And Maintenance Set, A Transport Box; 3) Minimum 36 Months - Guarantee For A Holster And A Pouch, - Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Contracting Authority. Detailed Warranty Conditions Have Been Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 2 To Swz). The Employer Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. Order Processing Deadline: Up To 9 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered To The Supply And Transport Department Of The Police School In Piła At Square Staszica 7. The Delivery Costs Are Borne By The Contractor.
