The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes:  Facade Works (Cleaning And Painting Of The Facade),  Flooring Works (Performing A New Floor On The Terrace),  Internal Painting Works (Painting Of Rooms; Staircase),  Internal Plastering (Making Internal Plasters Of Decorative Mosaic On The Staircase And The Cororitia. Cameras With A Registration System). 3. A Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Include: • Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex 9 To Swz; • The Bill Of Quantity, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz; • Contract Template, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.4. Equivalent Solutions. 1) If The Ordering Party In The Order Documents Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Have Maintained The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Parameters Should Be Treated In The Order Documents. 2) The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.
