    The Task Is To Renovate The Building Of The Wronki City And Commune Office Together With The Development Of The Adjacent Area, Which Are Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments And Are Located In The Area Of ​​The Historic Urban Layout Of Wronki Entered In The Register Of Monuments. The Order Will Include In Particular The Renovation Of The External Facade, Roof Cleaning, Renovation Of The Clock Turret, Replacement Of Gutters And Flashings, Replacement Of Door And Window Joinery With External Window Sills, Renovation Of External Stairs, As Well As Organizing The Greenery Around The Building (Replacement Of The Surface In Front Of The Building Of The City And Commune Office Terrain And Execution Of The Surface From The West, Lighting, Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, Making The Coat Of Arms In The Surface In The Form Of A Cast, Making An Irrigation System And New Plantings). Tree Felling Will Be Made By The Contracting Authority. In Addition, Conducting Ahead Of Archaeological Research In The Conservation Zones Of Archaeological Sites Will Be Ordered By The Contracting Authority. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Included In The Attachments To Swz, I.E., Among Others: Offer Cost Estimates, Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works, Planned Contract Provisions, Writing And Permits Issued By The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Poznań, Letters Of Lack Of Objection To The Poviat Eldership In Szamotuły 19. And Of 27.06.2025, The Invisible Investment Is Planned For Funding From The Governments Monument Reconstruction Program: Polish Order - First Edition, In Accordance With The Initial Promise No. Rpoz/2022/3059/Polskilad Regarding The Implementation Of The Investment By The Municipality Of Wronki Entitled Renovation Of The Building Of The Wronki City And Commune Office Together With The Development Of The Adjacent Area.
