Tenders Are Invited For Training Services In The Field Of Aesthetic Medicine As Part Of Postgraduate Studies Of The Medical University Of Warsaw, Mark Of The Case: Aez/S-12/2025

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation And Conduct Of Practical Classes (Exercises) And Seminar Classes For Postgraduate Students Of The Medical University Of Warsaw Aesthetic Medicine Hereinafter Referred To As Studies, Which Will Take Place In Offices Conducting Medical Activities In The Field Of Aesthetic Medicine, In Accordance With The Law And The Subject Of This Contract. 2. A Detailed Study Program, Adopted By The Resolution Of The Senate Of The Wum, Is Annex 2.1 Postgraduate Studies Program, According To Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit, Together With The Offer, A Description Of Exercises And Seminars Containing A Schedule Of Classes For 6 Groups According To The Template Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Contractors Duties Will Include The Implementation Of The Order On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.4. As Part Of The Study For The Expected Group Of 54 Dentists (9 Saturday-Sunday Conventions), The Contracting Authority Predicts: 1) 67 Hours Of Practical Exercises, 2) 70 Hours Of Seminar Classes,-Prepared And Conducted By Lecturers Indicated By The Contractor. Exercises And Seminars Thematically Related To Lectures Conducted By The Employer Will Be Conducted In Polish, In Groups Not More Than 10 Listeners, And Will Take Place On The Dates Of The Congress, In The Centers Indicated By The Contractor Located In The City Of Warsaw. Bearing In Mind That The Employer - The Medical University Of Warsaw Conducts Lectures As Part Of Postgraduate Studies In Units Of The University, Located On The Banach Campus In Warsaw, The Contracting Authority Requires That Seminary Classes And Exercises Take Place At The Same Time In 6 Offices Indicated By The Contractor (In No More Than 6 Locations), Not More Than 10 Km From The Central Station In Warsaw And Banachs Campus, Given That Listeners From Outside Warsaw Are A Large Group Year -On -Year. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Classes Of A Given Exercise Group Take Place In One Location On A Given Day. 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Total Number Of Listeners Due To Circumstances That He Cannot Predict. 6. Other Information Is Included In Chapter Iii Of Swz And Attachments To Swz.
