A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In The Documentation Covering N/W Items: 1) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of Primary School Buildings No. 7 In Zawiercie. 2) Next To The Works3. The Scope Of Works: 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Of Renovating Roofing By Making New Layers Of Roof Slopes Above These Rooms, Along With The Renovation Of Chimneys And Replacement Of Parts Of The Gutters And Downpacks, As Well As Renovation Of Flashings And Replacing The Lightning Protection Installation And The Implementation Of Accompanying Works. Construction Works Include Demolition Works, Works In The Field Of Buildings, Including Roofing And Maintenance Of Roofing, As Well As New Roofing (New Layers Of Roofing Felt On The Existing Cover). 3.2. In Connection With The Existence Of A Lightning Protection System, It Is Necessary To Dismantle And Re-Assembly. The Contractors Duties Include Obtaining All Pre -Permits To Enter The Works (If Necessary) And Finally (If Necessary) - Means Of Service And Acceptance. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In Warranty Reviews And Post -Warranty Review. The Costs Of These Inspections Are Borne By The Contractor. The Employer Has Been The Utmost Diligence So That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Would Not Refer To A Specific Product Or Source Or Trademarks, Patents, Types Or Specific Origin. Nevertheless, In The Case Of Materials Describing The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Detailed Process, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Materials And/Or Solutions Equivalent To Described Provided That Technical, Quality And Utility Parameters Are Maintained No Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Non -Conducting Technology. The Names Indicated In The Documentation Should Then Be Treated As Examples. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show In The Offer That The Construction Works Offered By Him As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Materials Used/Delivered Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer. 8. The Settlement Of This Task Is Provided As A Flat -Rate. 9. In Justified Cases, The Employer Reserves The Right To Resign From Some Works, But Not More Than 20% Of The Total Gross Contractual Remuneration.
