2. Subject Of The Contract: 2.1 The Scope Of The Investment Covers The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road: Ul. Myśliwska In Szemuda Has Its Beginning From Poviat Road No. 1405G Ul. Wejherowska, In Km From 0+000 To 0+252.04. The Scope Of Work Will Include The Implementation Of Street Lighting, Removal Of Electrical Collisions, Construction Of A Technological Channel, A Rainwater Sewage System With A Branch Towards Congress No. 6, And A New Road Surface With A Width Of Min. 5.5 M From Ac 16 Binding Layers In 50/70 Gr. 8 Cm And Abrasive Ac 11 S 50/70 Gr. 4 Cm With Expansion And Conventions. The Scope Of Work Will Also Include The Construction Of A Pavement On The Entire Episode Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Made Of Concrete Cube On Cement-Sand Bedding, A Foundation From A Resident Not Related To The Aggregate C50/30 Gr. 15 And Medium Sand Drainage Layer. 2.2 The Expansion Of The Section Of The Poviat Road No. 1405G Of Wejherowska Street In Szemuda (Option Law). The Deputy Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options In The Form Of Expanding The Section Of Poviat Road No. 1405G Of Wemarowska Street In Szemuda, Provided That The Financial Resources Are Obtained From The Budget Of The Wejherowo Poviat. The Expected Option Will Include The Expansion Of The Poviat Road On The Section From The Intersection With Myśliwska Street In Km From 0+000 To 0+404 Km. The Planned Expansion Will Include Road Lighting, Removal Of Electrical Collisions, Technological Channel Construction, Rainwater Drainage, Construction Of A Two -Stage Pedestrian Crossing, Conventions And Bus Bay. The Project Also Assumes The Construction Of A Pavement With A Concrete Cube Pavement About 2 M Wide Along With A Clipping Of The Conflicting Trees With The Designed Reconstruction. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Geodetic Measurement Of The As -Built Task; Documentation Sealed With Appropriate Seals Confirming Positive Control By The Poviat Eldership Should Be Submitted In A Written Form Of -3 Copies And Electronic In (Pdf Or Jpg And A File Opened By The Cartographic Program ,, Mmp Or Dxf ). 4.
