The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And Construction Works For The Task: Reconstruction, Expansion And Thermomodernization Of The Rescue And Firefighting Unit No. Iii In Katowice At 11. Provincial Ul. Documentation, Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) In Electronic And Paper Form In Accordance With Pfu And Obtaining An Administrative Decision Enabling The Start Of Construction Works; 2) Obtain A Final Decision On The Building Permit; 3) Perform A Technical Design; 3) Perform Construction Work In Accordance With The Approved Work. The Design And Order Provided In Pfu; 4) Perform The Designers Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Developed Documentation. Installed Devices And Systems That Are The Subject Of The Contract Amounted To A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Of The Works. Departure Of The Warranty Period Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion.
