    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Water Rescue Services And Pre -Medical First Aid Services At The Indoor Swimming Pool Of The University Of Economics In Katowice Located At Ul. Bogucicka 3B (Building C), 40-226 Katowice, In Accordance With Applicable Principles And Conditions Set Out In The Law, In Particular The Act Of 18 August 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714). 2. The Provision Of Water Rescue Services And Pre -Medical First Aid Services Will Be Carried Out At A 25 M Long Swimming Pool And A Depth Of 1.15 M To 1.75 M, With 5 Swimming Tracks. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Safety Of The Ordering Partys Indoor Swimming Pool To Provide At Least Two Water Rescuers At The Same Time. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And A Description Of The Manner Of Execution Of The Contract And The Contractors Obligations Specify: 3.1. Designed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 4. Employment Clause: 4.1. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract In Accordance With Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277), Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Throughout The Duration Of The Public Procurement Agreement. This Requirement Applies To All Persons Who Will Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of The Service, Which Is The Subject Of This Contract, I.E. Water Rescuers. Man Hours Developed During The Provision Of The Service Cannot Be Provided By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under A Contract For Specific Work, Mandate Contracts Or Any Relationship That Is Not A Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code.
