    3 The Scope Of The Work Includes Removing And Combating Slipperyness On An Ongoing Basis, Relatively Needed (Snowfall, Freezing Precipitation Causing Ice) Along The Entire Width Of The Road (Including Bus Bays) Listed In Annex 9 To Swz According To The Set Order In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Liquidation Of Slippery (Sand), Supply Places In Individual Places For Manual Sprinkling By The Inhabitants (Users) Of The Roads (According To The List Specified In Annex 11 To Swz), Maintaining Patency Of The Sewage Grilles During The Thaw Period, Cleaning The Surface Of Roads And Pavements From Materials From Materials After Winter Road Maintenance And One -Time Cleaning Of Sandstock And Speed -Mounted Mixtures. 3. During Snow Removal, It Is Not Allowed To Cover The Pavements, Bus Bays Removed From The Road With Snow. 4. All Work On Snow Removal Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specification Constituting Annexes 10 Of Swz And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 27 October 2005 On The Types And Conditions For The Use Of Means That Can Be Used On Public Roads And Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws No. 230 Item 1960). 5. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damages Resulting From The Movement Of Vehicles Towards Third Parties.
