1) The Subject Of The Contract Is: Acting As An Investor Supervision Inspector For The Task: Expansion Of Voivodship Road No. 616 On The Section From Km 16+800 To Km 17+500 In The Town Of Rudno Kosiło, Krzynowłoga Mała Commune, Przasnyski Poviat. - Procedure No. 173/252) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In Part Iii Swz. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Copyright To Photographic And Film Documentation, Referred To In The General Terms Of The Contract For The Act Of Investor Supervision Inspector. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Current Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) For Damages Caused During The Contract For The Entire Period Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 100 00.00. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer A Copy Of The Abovementioned Policies Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance, The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies Confirming The Possession Of Civil Liability Insurance In The Course Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Next Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties In The Amount Specified In The Contract. In The Absence Of Submitting The Policy Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract.
