3 The School Building Is Located At Ul. Reymonta 16, On Plot No. 39/2 (Rev. Ix, Am-2). 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Disassembly Of Gas Boilers And Chimney Insert, 2) Demolition Of A Brick Plug Of Existing Chimneys, 3) Replacement Of Control Panels And Gas Detectors, 4) Assembly Of Gas Boilers And Chimney Inserts Suitable For A Given Type Of Boiler, 5) Installation Of Boiler Controller For Measuring The Temperature In The Gas Boiler Room, 6) Gas Boilers For The Existing Central Heating Installation And Hot Water, 7) Launching New Gas Boilers Together With Their Adjustment, 8) Performing The Accompanying Activities When Replacing The Boilers (Processing Of The Installation) And Assembly Of The Chimney Insert (Forging In The Chimney Wall, Wallfilling, Etc.), 9) Attempt To Tight Gas Installation And Central Heating Installation. And Hot Water, 10) Removal And Utilization Of Materials (Debris, Contribution, Boilers), 11) Performing Minor Masonry, Painting And Other Necessary During The Reconstruction Of The Installation, 12) Training Of Two People (Employees Of The School Facility) Designated By The School Management In The Scope Ensuring The Appropriate Service Of Mounted Boilers Together With The Relevant Certificate To These People With Training. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Factory -New, Unused, Complete Gas Boilers. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Construction Of A Heat Pump Installation And Renovation Of The Boiler Room Room. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As In The Design Documentation, Which Includes: 1) Technical Design, 2) The Bill Of Quantities (The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary), 3) Decision No. Ab.6743.1.243.2022.4 Of 13 September 2022. The Discontinuing Procedure For Notification Of Works In Part. Later Called Swz Documentation, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.6. The Contractor At The Latest On The Day Of Delivery Of Gas Boilers Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Catalog Cards With Technical Specification, Ce Declarations, Certificates And Approvals Of The Offered Models Of Gas Boilers, In Order To Confirm Their Compliance With The Documentation Referred To In Paragraph 5, In Particular The Parameters Contained In The Technical Project, As Well As Instructions For Use And Operation, As Well As Guarantees From The Boiler Manufacturer. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Gas Boilers At His Own Expense, Including Transport Insurance To Primary School No. 2 In Zgorzelec, At Ul. Reymonta 16. 8. A Detailed Description And The Terms And Rules For The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Guarantee Including The Supplied Gas Boilers With Accessories, The Materials Used And The Assembly Works Performed For A Minimum Period
