Location (Address): Warsaw - Bielany District Office, Ul. S. Żeromskiego 29 And Al. Union 25.3. The Scope Of Work, In Particular Includes: A) Technical Maintenance Of Buildings Includes, In Particular, Maintenance And Maintenance In A State Of Constant Operational Efficiency Of Systems, Technical Installations And Devices; B) Periodic Service Reviews/ Maintenance; C) Current Repairs; D) Failure Protection; E) Performing Minor Construction Works Related To The Necessary Maintenance Of The Building. 4.
