    Request for Proposal for Atm-Consultancy - Air Traffic Management Surveillance Project - Consultancy Services (Document Support The Ciaa Require An Experienced Consultancy For Direct Support That Has A Proven Track Record In Supporting An Air Navigation Service Provider (Ansp) With The Delivery Of A New Atm And Approach Facility Over An 18-Month Period. This Request Is An Invitation By The Cayman Islands Airports “Authority” (“Ciaa”) To Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids As Further Described In Section “A” Of The Procurement Particulars (Appendix A) (The “Deliverables”).The Deliverables Will Include A Documentation Set Consisting Of A Safety Assessment (Safety Cases), An Atc Concept Of Operations (Conops), An Atc Procedures Manual, A Cns Local Operating Procedures For Maintenance Purposes And A Detailed Manual Outlining The System Transition Plan
