We strive for a just world, working alongside children, youth, our supporters, and partners. Within the scope of its activities, intends to hold the TELL YOUR STORY FESTIVAL, "Celebrating Youth Empowerment". In this context: Individuals, micro, small and medium-sized companies accredited for the activity of organizing events are invited to submit closed proposals for the organization of the above-mentioned activity. 1. Competitors must hold an identical license inherent to the activity, accompanied by all legal documentation. 2. The technical and financial proposal must indicate the following services requested: Identification of the location for 500 people; Technical equipment (Sound, Light, Video); Food for the event organizing team, the project team and MAM activists (a hearty snack for approximately 100 people); Production and promotion of the event on digital platforms (advertising spot, posters); Fee forecast for guest artists (including DJ and 2 MCs); Event documentation; Production team.
