Nrc St. Johns Exterior Grounds Maintenance Management Services . The National Research Council Canada (Nrc) Requires Comprehensive Exterior Grounds Maintenance Services, Including Snow And Ice Control, Lawn Care, And General Upkeep. The Contract Period Will Be For One Year From The Date Of Contract With An Irrevocable Option To Extend It For Up To Two Additional One-Year Periods. The Anticipated Start Date Is November 1, 2025. Security Requirements ? Before Award Of A Contract, The Following Conditions Must Be Met: O The Bidder Must Hold A Valid Organization Security Clearance As Indicated In Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses; O The Bidders Proposed Individuals Requiring Access To Classified Or Protected Information, Assets Or Sensitive Work Sites Must Meet The Security Requirements As Indicated In Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses; O The Bidder Must Provide The Name Of All Individuals Who Will Require Access To Classified Or Protected Information, Assets Or Sensitive Work Sites; ? The Mandatory Site Visit Will Begin At 11:00 Edt, At The Commissioners Front Desk. Bidders Must Communicate With The Contracting Authority No Later Than September 8, 2025 To Confirm Attendance And Provide The Name(S) Of The Person(S) Who Will Attend.
