Hidden Valley Is A Popular Winter Destination Operated By Alberta Parks In Cypress Hills Provincial Park Which Sees Up To 22,000 Skier Visits A Year, Known For Its Family-Friendly Atmosphere, Diverse Terrain, And Consistent Snow Conditions. The Resort Caters To A Wide Range Of Visitors, From Beginners To Experienced Skiers And Snowboarders Who May Require A Break From The Slopes From Time To Time, Making The Cafe An Addition To The Overall Positive Guest Experience. This Contract Seeks A Partner To Deliver A Family-Friendly, High-Quality And Reliable Food And Drink Experience That Aligns With The Resorts Reputation And Operational Standards. Hidden Valley Ski Resort, In Parks South, Is Issuing A Service Delivery Contract For The Operation And Management Of The Café / Restaurant At The Resort. The Province Requires The Contractor To Perform The Following: -- Cafe Operations -- Staffing And Training -- Inventory Management And Maintenance -- Customer Service And Sales -- Light Cleaning And Building Maintenance Refer To Rfp Document For Additional Details And Complete Scope Of Work. Meeting Details A Proponent Information Session Has Been Scheduled To Provide An Opportunity For Questions Or Clarification Regarding This Rfp’S Requirements. Date: September 4, 2025 Time: 10:00 Am Mst Location: Hidden Valley Ski Resort Submit Written Questions To The Contracting Manager In Advance So That Comprehensive Answers Can Be Given At The Session. Attendance At The Session Is Mandatory.
