This Is Not A Contract Notice Or A Request For Tenders, But A Request For Information/ Market Mapping. The Purpose Of This Request Is To Communicate The Market About Future Tendering, To Map The Market Situation, To Enable Comments About Future Acquisition, And Obtain Information On Procurement So That The Actual Tender Can Be Implemented As Appropriate As Possible. This Request Does Not Request Or Offer Bids, This Will Only Be Asked For Comments On The Planning Of Tendering. You Cannot Submit A Bid For This Request, Just To Make Comments. The Comments Made Are Not Answered. The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Helsinki Parish Union (In The Future The Contracting Entity) To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Request, And The Contracting Entity May Not Be Bid. The Contracting Entity Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Answers Received In The Request For Information In The Preparation Of The Invitation To Tender. Responding To The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender And Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In The Actual Tender. Failure To Respond To A Request For Information Does Not Prevent You From Participating In A Potential Tendering Process, And Responding To The Request For Information Will Not Affect The Position Of The Tenderer In The Actual Tender.
