This Is An Invitation/Request For A Market Dialog (Not Prior Notice, Contract Notice Or Invitation To Tender). The Request For Information Will Not Be Offered, But By Registering The Market Dialogue, The Willingness To Participate In The Preparation Of The Procurement Will Be Announced. Item: Kela As The Contracting Unit Is Preparing Tendering For The Maintenance Service For The High Power Caps It Owns. Kela Has Ibml Image Trac -Lite Power Outlets In The Helsinki Metropolitan Area And The Goal Is To Obtain Maintenance Services Related To The Continuous Service Of Scanners From A Supplier Selected On The Basis Of A Tendering Supply. The Maintenance Service Is Applied For In The Final Tendering Until The End Of The Official Support Of The Equipment Supplier (10/2027) And Kela Is Also Interested In Servicing The Device After The End Of The Official Support. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Map The Service Providers In The Market Who Could Provide Kela For The Services Needed By High Power Foliage. Market Dialogue: Service Providers Are Asked To Answer Purchasing Issues, Comment On Minimum Requirements, For Example, To Eliminate Disqualification, And To Provide Ideas To Improve Solution And Tendering. The Dialogue Is Carried Out In A Variety Of Forms: Partly In Close Meetings In Helsinki, Partly Remotely Via Microsoft Teams And Partly In Writing. The Material To Be Processed Is In Finnish And The Contracting Entity Does Not Translate The Material. Participation: Service Providers Are Asked To Report Their Willingness To Participate In A Market Survey By Email At It.Tarjous Competition@Kela.Fi By 14.9.2025. The Contracting Entity Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Answers To The Request For Information In The Preparation Of The Invitation To Tender And The Contract. Respondents To The Request For Information Shall Not Be Compensated For Responding To The Request For Information. Responding To The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Participating In The Actual Tender. Responding Or Non -Response To The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Position Of The Tenderer In The Actual Tender. The Information Obtained By The Request Is Handled Confidentially.
