Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Parking Control System For The City Of Lappeenranta

The Acquisition Is Subject To The Supply Of The Parking Control Information System Of The City Of Lappeenranta In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Acquisition Is Subject To An Information System For Parking Control Management, Which Is Purchased As A Saas Service. In Addition, The Procurement Includes Support Services Related To The Application And A Commissioning Project, Including The Transfer Of Data From The Existing System To The New And The Implementation Of Integrations In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender. The Procurement Includes Support Services And Development Work, Old System Migration Into A New System, Conversions, Training And System Maintenance. The System To Be Purchased Must Include The Characteristics Described In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The System Should Be Able To Monitor And Control Parking Control Efficiently, Economically And Easy To Use. The System Should Be Used Around The Clock (24/7/365). The System Must Be An Overall Service That Includes All The Features Specified In The Requirements Through The Most Uniform Interface For All Levels Of Access. The Application Must Cover The Following Main Functionality To The Extent Described In This Invitation To Tender And In The Annexes: • Parking Control • Vehicle Transfer Management • Home Care Parking And Parking Permit Management Information Must Be Secured In A Secure And In Accordance With Applicable Laws And Regulations. As Part Of The Deployment Plan (Deployment Project), The Subscriber And The System Supplier Will Jointly Determine Which Information Is Transferred From The System To The New System. The Subscriber Agrees With Existing System Vendors For The Transfer And Schedule Of Data. The Customer And The Suppliers Agree On The Technical Details And Schedule Jointly. The Subscriber Reserves The Right Not To Transfer Information From The Old System To A New One. The Contract Period Is A Fixed Term For Two (2) Years, After Which The Contract Period Will Continue To Be Valid For An Indefinite Period. The Actual Contract Period Is 24 Months. The Contract Period Is Expected To Begin As Soon As Possible After The Procurement Decision Is Made Legal. The Contracting Entity Does Not Commit To The Amount Of The Purchase.
