Main Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order: The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site (Art. Supervision Of The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction Of The Spatial Planning Act (Article 168, Paragraph 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act) And The Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Where Necessary), Preparation Of A Technical Passport In Accordance With Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Works. The Procedure For The Opening, Consideration, Evaluation And Ranking Of Tenders Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 104 Of The Public Procurement Law And Of Chapter V, Section Viii Of Pppop. On The Grounds Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Commission Will Consider The Submitted Tenders In The Inverted Order, Regulated In Art. 61 Of Pppop.
