The Subject Of The Activities Is The Internal Renovation Of The Restaurant Of The Flagman Hotel, Which Consists Of A Main Hall And A Glazed Terrace. The Specification Was Prepared On The Basis Of On -Site Inspections And A Technical Inspection, From Which A Number Of Defects On The Flooring Have Been Identified - Broken And Dangerous Tiles, Inoperative Ventilation, Old And With Continuous Damage To Electrical Installation, Dangerously Removed From The Consoles, Defects In The Elus Outdoor -Water Plumbing Installations, Impaired Glazing Mechanisms On The Terrace, With Broken Windows In Places. The Restaurant Operates All Year Round And Is Highly Depreciated. The Purpose Of The Intended Construction Works Is To Complete The Restaurant Of The Flagman Hotel Restaurant, With Replacement Of The Flooring On The Terrace, Replacement Of Electrical Installation And Fans Of The Hvac Installation, Repainting And Repair Of The Body Furniture At The Bar. The Intended Construction Works Aim To Improve The Technical And Operational Characteristics Of The Electrical And Ventilation Installations, The Safety Of The Flooring, The Glazing And Illumination Of The Halls, As Well As The Construction Of Safe Operation Of The Bar, With Its Adjacent Appliances. The Execution Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Construction Works: Dismantling Of Ceramic Tile Flooring And Existing Screed On The Glazed Terrace; Making A New Screed And Laying Of Granite; Priming And Repainting Walls; Replacement Of A Raster Suspended Ceiling, Panels 60/60Cm; Replacement Of Restaurant Luminaires; Replacement Of Fans For The Ventilation System Of The Hall; Replacement Partially To Windows And Mechanisms Of Sliding Windows; Replacement Of Mosquitoes; Replacement Of The Housing Part Of The Bar, With Installations Included Thereto; Replacement Of The Restaurants Electrical Installation, With New Current Circles And Electric Panel. Collection, Transfer And Load Of Construction Waste, Transportation To A Landfill. The Required Types And Quantities Of Construction Works Included In The Volume Of The Order Are Described In Detail In The Quantitative Account, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Technical Specification. Given The Specifics Of The Site, It Is Obligatory, Before Submitting A Public Procurement Offer, The Participant Should Carry Out A Preliminary Inspection. ​​​ The Inspection Can Be Carried Out Every Working Day For The Contracting Authority, Within 9:00 Am To 5:30 Pm, Up To 5 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders On The Contract.
