The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Prophylactic Medical Examinations And Examinations Of The Employees Of The Regional Health Insurance Fund, As Well As The Eye Examination And Evaluation Of The Status Of The Vision Of The Employees Working With Video Displays By A Specialist In Eye Diseases And The Issuance Of A Medical Prescription By A Specialist. The Activities For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Requirements And Specifications Constituting Annex No 1 To This Documentation. The Public Procurement Shall Be Announced In Order To Comply With The Provisions Of Art. 9 Of Ordinance No. 7 Of August 15, 2005 On The Minimum Requirements For Ensuring Healthy And Safe Working Conditions When Working With Video Displays And Ordinance No. 3 Of 28.02.1987 On The Mandatory Preliminary And Periodic Medical Examinations Of The Workers.
