    The Subject Of The Award Of This Order Is: Subscription Service Of Medical Equipment Of Mbal - Haskovo Ad. The Subject Of The Public Procurement (For All Lots) Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Complete Prevention And Verification Of The Technical And Exploitation Characteristics Of The Apparatus (Including Equipment And Equipment) In Volume And Range In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer And The Current Provisions For Quality And Safe Operation Of The Medical Equipment. 2. Removal Of Deviations From The Technical And Exploitation Characteristics Of The Apparatus (Including Equipment And Equipment) That Arose During Its Operation. 3. Setup / Calibration Of The Apparatus (Including Equipment And Equipment) In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Of The Manufacturer. If The Repair Of A Spare Part Is Carried Out, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer With An Accurate Description, Parameters And Warranty Period Offered By Him To The Necessary Spare Parts And To Offer It To The Contracting Authority. The Necessary Repair Activities With The Delivery Of A Reserve Part Shall Be Carried Out After Approval By The Contracting Authority Of The Offer Proposed By The Contractor Or From An Offer Other Than That Of The Contractor. ​​​​​​​
