    The Subject Of The Op Includes The Following Activities: -Delivery And Transfer Of The Ownership Of The Medical Equipment And All The Expenses And Remuneration Of The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract, Including: Costs For Packaging, Loading, Transport, Insurance, Customs Duties, Fees (If There Is), Unloading, Development Of Technological And Radiation Project, Settings, Settings, Settings, Settings. The Contracting Authority And The Provision Of All Technical Documentation, All Costs For Performing Warranty Service (For Labor, Spare Parts And Consumables) Within The Duration Of The Guarantee, As Well As The Costs Of Elimination At The Expense Of And By The Contractor Of All Technical Malfunctions Not To The Contracting Authority And Covered By The Warranty Conditions And The Guarantee Liability Of The Contractor; - Preparation Of Full Project Documentation, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 13/16.12.2016 For The Provision Of Radiation Protection For The Operation Of X -Ray Systems And Regulation On Radiation Protection, Adopted By Decree No. 20/14.02.2018 For Obtaining A Permit For Installation By The Nuclear Regulatory Agency/Ayar; - Preparation Of The Full Necessary Documentation For Licensing Of The Sil, In Accordance With The Ordinance On The Procedure For The Issuance Of Licenses And Permits For The Safe Use Of Nuclear Energy, Which The Contracting Authority Submits To The Ayar And The Rzi;
