    Work Detail

    In The Execution Of This Public Procurement, A Contractor Of Construction Works/Construction Works/Construction Works Should Be Determined: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Gab 2114- Section 2.1: From Pk With Rp Iii- 5502 To Pk With Osvobojdenie Str. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On The Territory Of Dryanovo Municipality, Including: • Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Delivery Of Raw Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Accounts; • Guarantee Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Execution Of Construction Works, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Spa. The Warranty Deadlines Are Running From The Day Of The Commissioning Of The Construction Site. The Site Has Been Prepared, Coordinated And Approved By Investment Project And A Building Permit № 9 Of 25.03.2025 Has Been Issued To The Chief Architect Of Dryanovo Municipality, According To Which The Construction Is The Third Category. The Complete Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In Part Ii Technical Specification And The Investment Project, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation. *At The Time Of Opening The Procedure, No Funding Is Provided For The Execution Of The Order! Given That No Funding Was Provided At The Opening Of The Public Procurement On The Grounds Of Art. 114, Para. In This Sense, The Contract Is Delayed.
