Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Ppa The Legal Basis For The Opening Of The Contract Is The Right Basis For The Opening Of The Order Is Art. 186 In Conjunction With Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Chapter Ninth Of The Rules For Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act (Pppop). The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Up To 1 000/ Thousand/ Bgn/ 511,29 Eur Without Vat. The Financing Under This Contract Is Provided With The Own Funds From The Usual Commercial Activity Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Fully Absorb The Said Financial Resources. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide Options And/Or Renewal. Payments Will Be Made In Bulgarian Levs/Euro On A Bank Account Indicated By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Draft Contract. Possibility To Present Options In The Offers - Not Envisaged. The Term Of The Contract: The Contract Shall Enter Into Force As Of The Date Of Signing By The Parties And Has A Period Of Validity Until The Performance Of All The Obligations Of The Contracts Under The Contract, But For No More Than 12 / Twelve / Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion. Validity Period Of Tenders: 3 (Three) Months From The Date Set For The Deadline For Receipt Of Tenders. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Invite The Admitted Participants To Extend The Validity Of The Tenders When It Has Not Expired. When The Deadline Has Expired, The Contracting Authority Invites The Participants To Confirm The Validity Of Their Tenders For A New Term. Participant Who Does Not Extend Or Confirm The Validity Of His Offer Shall Be Removed From Participation. Delivery Scope: The Type Of Articles Are Indicated In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1. For The Duration Of The Execution Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Quantity For Each Item Of The Technical Specification According To Its Needs, As Not To Assign Or Replace The Delivery Of An Item.
