This Procedure Aims To Select A Contractor For The Transportation And Transfer Of Waste Received From The Wwtp Activity To The Water Supply And Sewerage, Namely: Waste With Code 19 08 01 - Grilles And Sieve Waste; Waste With Code 19 08 02 - Sandwiches Waste; Waste With Code 19 08 05 - Sediments From Wastewater Treatment From Settlements. The Waste Subject To The Contract Is Located On The Site №1 Of Water Supply And Sewerage - Shumen Ltd., With Location: Shumen, Shumen Municipality, Pca - Shumen, Located In Land Property 000016 According To The Plan Of Shumen, Shumen Municipality, Chernilka Locality. The Transportation And Transfer Of The Waste Will Be Carried Out Periodically, Following A Preliminary Written Request Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Its Operational Needs. The Contract For The Public Procurement Shall Enter Into Force From The Date Of Its Signing On Both Parties And Has A Term Of 12 (Twelve) Months Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract, Which Has Occurred Earlier. The Deadline For The Removal Of The Waste, After Receiving A Written Request, Is At The Proposal Of The Participant, But It May Not Be Longer Than 5 Calendar Days After Receiving A Written Request. The Load And Removal Of The Waste Is Carried Out From The Site №1 Of Water Supply And Sewerage - Shumen Ltd., With Location: Shumen, Shumen Municipality, Ssc - Shumen, Located In Land Property 000016 According To The Plan Of Shumen, Shumen Municipality, Chernilka Locality. The Transportation And Transfer Of Waste For Landfill And/Or Recovery Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Waste Management Act Of The Sites/Landfills For Waste Treatment Specified By The Participant In The Technical Proposal. Estimated Amount Of Waste, For A Period Of 12 Months - 5050 Tons, Distributed As Follows: 1. Waste With Code 19 08 01 - Up To 170 Tonnes Per Year 2. Waste With Code 19 08 02 - Up To 640 Tonnes Per Year 3. Waste With Code 19 08 05 - Up To 4240 Tonnes Per Year The Quantities Described Are Forecast And Do Not Engage The Contracting Authority With Their Overall Absorption At The Conclusion Of A Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase And/Or Decrease Them Depending On The Specific Needs That Have Arisen. In This Sense, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled, Within The Term Of The Contract, Not To Declare In Full An Estimated Quantity, As Well As To Declare Delivery, After Reaching The Estimated Quantities Indicated For Them, Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract (The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement) Is Reached.
