Kazanlak, By Types And Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification-Annex No. 1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: »Delivery To A Hospital Pharmacy To The Contracting Authority; On The Grounds Of Art. 33A Of The Pppop (New, Sg No. 62/2024, Effective 23.07.2024) The Contracting Authority Has Provided In The Decision To Open The Awarding Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants To Be Opened Simultaneously. The Types And Quantities Of Products Referred To In Annex 1 Are Forecast. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Quantities Of Products Specified In Annex 1 According To Its Needs, Including To Refuse The Delivery Of Certain Types Of Products, As Well As To Declare New Types Not Included In Annex No 1 But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. New Species Means: When Stopping From Production And/Or Imports, The Equivalent Of The Types Of Medicinal Products That Are Included In Annex No 1. 2. Legal Basis For Detecting The Procedure The Contracting Authority Announces This Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Within The Framework Of A Dynamic Purchases System (Dsp) With A Win In The Rop T 458041 On The Grounds Of Art. 86, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 75 Ppa And Art. 73, Para. 1 And Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Public Procurement. 3. Deadline Of Execution Of The Order The Period Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract And /Or Until The Completion Of The Next Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement And The Conclusion Of A New Contract With The Same Subject Matter. Option: The Deadline Of The Performance Contract Shall Be Extended On The Basis Of A Unilateral Written Notice By The Contracting Authority Until The Next Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement And The Conclusion Of A New Contract With The Same Subject, But For No More Than 6 (Six) Months. 4. Place Of Execution Of The Order The Products Subject To This Public Procurement Must Be Delivered To The Warehouse Of The Contracting Authority At: Mbal - Kazanlak, 16 Stara Zagora Str.- Hospital Pharmacy. 5. Public Procurement Estimated Value 5.1. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Bgn 513 489,39 Excluding Vat. 6. Award Criterion 6.1. The Criterion For The Award Of The Present Public Procurement Is The Lowest Price /Article 70, Paragraph 2, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. Each Medicinal Product Is Subject To A Separate Assessment. 6.2. The Maximum Number Of Points Receives The Offer With The Lowest Unit Price Offered For The Respective Type Of Medicine (Medicinal Product). The Offered Unit Price Excluded Without Vat, Up To The Fifth Sign After The Decimal Comma, Is Subject To Each Particular Medicinal Product.
