The Public Procurement Covers The Following Activities: Investment Design: Provides For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase Minimum For The Following Design Parts: Party Part, Part Geodesy, Part Safety And Health Plan, Part Plan For Construction Waste Management And Part Accounting Documentation. Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works: The Construction Works Provided For Implementation Should Be Fulfilled Under The Approved Project, The Current Regulatory Framework And The Requirements For The Commissioning Of The Site. Exercise Supervision Carried Out During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works: The Contractor Should Exercise Copyright During Construction, In Accordance With The Approved Design Documents And The Applicable Regulations, Through The Experts Of The Designers Of The Project Or The Authorized Persons, Provided That The Authorities, Which Are Intended. Approved By The Contracting Authority. Construction Is The Fourth Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter A Of The Spa And Art. 8, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction.
