Software Support Services - Ubuntu Server Openstack Technical Support Services. Purchase Object: Technical Support Services Ubuntu Server Opestack, For Special Telecommunications/ Critical Infrastructures. Estimated Quantities Of Services: Min 113 - Max.175 In Each Subsequent Contract, The Number Of Server Nodes Will Be Registered For Which The Ubuntu Operntack Technical Support Services And The Number Of Months In Which The Respective Services Will Be Provided Monthly. The Technical Support Services Ubuntu Server Opentstack Related To Each Server Node Will Also Provide The Monthly Invoice, Starting With The Date Of Entry Into Force Of Each Subsequent Contract, Without Needing Any Other Approach To The Contracting Authority. The Technical Support Services Ubuntu Server Opentstack Related To Each Server Node Will Be Provided In A Maximum Period Of 24 Months (The Framework Of The Framework Agreement), Within Several Subsequent Contracts Concluded Successively. The Frequency Of Awarding The Subsequent Contracts During The Period Of The Framework Agreement: A Subsequent Contract In 2025, A Subsequent Contract In 2026, A Subsequent Contract In 2027. The Estimated Value Of The Highest Subsequent Contract, Determined On The Basis Of The Estimated Quantities To Be Purchased Within A Single Subsequent Contract, Is 705.00 Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Be Clearly And Completely Respond To All The Clarification Requests Until The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting The Tenders, For The Clarifications Received At Least 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting The Tenders. Regarding The Clarification Requests Regarding The Descriptive Documentation, They Can Be Submitted Starting With The Date Of Publication Of The Participation Announcement And Until Later 6 Days Before The Date Set For Submitting The Tenders, The Date Set In The Participation Invitation For Stage Ii Of The Procurement Procedure- Submission Of The Tenders. At This Stage, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely In A Period That Will Not Exceed, As A Rule, 3 Working Days From Receiving Them, But Not Later Than 4 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Tenders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 82, Paragraph 3 Of Geo No. 114/2011.
