It Is A Microscope With Automated Serial Cutting Of Ultratut Slices In The Microscope (Serial Block-Face). An Electronic Rifle At Field Strength Provides A Coherent Focused Bundle Of Primary Electrons. It Works At Low Or High Vacuum. The Instrument Is Equipped With Advanced Detectors That Support Different Applications. Built -In Motorized Ultramicrotom Creates Fully Aligned Stacks Of Images Of Thousands Of Consecutive Slices Thick From Less Than 15 Nm To 200 Nm, From The Samples On, Creating Three -Dimensional Reconstruction Of Objects At Nanometer Resolution.
