The Contracting Authority Announces A Public Contract Called Organizational Provision Of Official Representative Ceremonies, Scientific Conferences, Ceremonial Professional Seminars And Other Events Of The Academy Of Sciences Of The Czech Republic, Financed From The State Budget Of The Czech Republic. The Aim Of The Public Contract Is To Contribute To Representation, Professionalization, Higher Quality And Further Development Of Public Service. Its Content Is Supplemented By The Professional Activities Of The Academy Of Sciences Of The Czech Republic. Subject Of Performance: - Coordination, Organizational And Technical Provision Of Scientific Conferences, Ceremonial Lectures, Educational, Representative And Official Events Of The Ascr And Similar Meetings Focused On Research And Vocational Education Premises Required By The Contracting Authority Or Secured Supplier At The Contracting Authoritys Request; - Organization Of Lease Of Representative Premises Or Training Rooms With The Possibility Of School Or Geneva Arrangement For The Required Number Of Persons And Space For Catering, While Location Should Be Within The Range Of The City Of Prague, And Easily Accessible By Public Transport, But A Maximum Of 10 Minutes Walking Or Public Transport From The Metro Station - - Organization Of Catering; - Coordination Of Technical Ensuring Sessions Of Bodies Of The Ascr, Especially The Academic Assembly Of The Academy Of Sciences Of The Czech Republic; - Coordination Of Technical Assurance Of Action Stream; - Moderation Of Events And Share In The Preparation Of Text Creation - In Czech And English (Selected Events); - Searching And Providing Suitable Locations For Events Of The Ascr (Mostly Implemented In The Premises Of The Ascr) And Accompanying Programs (Eg Dinner, Reception, Tours); - Ensuring The Accompanying Program For Actions According To The Requirements/Parameters Of The Client; Ensuring Cultural Performances (Eg Musical Ensemble); - Ensuring And Coordination Of The Action Itself On The Day Of Implementation; - Ensuring And Coordination Of Activities Related To The End, Evaluation And Billing Of The Event; - Organizational Provision Of The Implementation Team. One Of The Partial Objectives Of The Above -Mentioned Public Contract Is To Underline The Prestige And Increase The Expertise Of Employees Of The Academy Of Sciences Of The Czech Republic (Or Employees Of Its Workplaces) In Connection With The Implementation Of The Scientific Conferences And Ceremonial Seminars And Other Events. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Decided To Implement This Tender Procedure Aimed At Concluding The Contracts With The Selected Supplier Arising From This Tender, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Provision Of The Performance Specified Below In This Zd. The Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Contained In Annex 2 Of This Zd And Contains A Specification Of The Scope And Content Of The Subject Of Performance. The Framework Agreement Is Annexed To 3 Of This Zd.
