Household-Refuse Disposal Services-Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited Real Estate, Located In The Municipality Of Milanówek. I. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Collecting And Managing Municipal Waste From Inhabited Real Estate Located In The Milanówek Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Annex 8 To Swz (Called In The Sopz Advertisement), And The Detailed Conditions In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 7 To Swz), Called In The Announcement Of Ppu. Ii. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Pzp Act (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option) On The Principles Set Out In The Ppu And In The Advertisement. Iii. 1) The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Using Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7) Pzp, I.E.
