The Object Of The Framework Agreement Consists In The Purchase Of Supplies For The Calculation Technique And Their Delivery In The Representations Of The Romanian-R.A. -Given That The Award Documentation Contains A Minimum Set Of Specific Information Regarding Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Between Those To Be Awarded Throughout The Framework Agreement, We Emphasize That It Initially Establishes Them In The Award Documentation And Subsequently In The Framework Agreement Represent Estimates Of Some Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter Can Be Smaller, Equal Or Higher In Relation To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority. -The Promising-Sympathetic Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Estimated Quantity At The Level Of The Award Documentation With Up To 10% Of The Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, For Each Category Of Products. -The Price Of The Products That Will Be Purchased Additionally Based On The Review Clause Will Be The One From The Financial Proposal Underlying The Framework Agreement (Adjusted As The Case May Be, According To The Adjustment Formula), And The Time Period In Which This Option Will Be Used By The Promising Purchaser Is Throughout The Validity Of The Framework Agreement/Contract. - The Value Of The Supplement Is 1,489,990.24 Lei Excluding Vat, And The Technical And Financial Offers Will Be Included In The Estimated Value, Without The Supplement Of 10%, Respectively In The Maximum Estimated Value Of 14,899.902.42 Lei, Without Vat. - The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract Based On This Review Clause Is Regulated By Art. 221 Para. (1) Letter. A) Of Law No. 98/2016 And Is Circumscribed To The Non -Substantial Modification, Having All The Elements Provided By Art. 2 Para. (1)-(2) Of The Anap Instruction No. 1/2021.
