The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete, Multi -Branch Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Revitalization Of The Area And The Building After The Former Poviat Police Headquarters At Jan Kochanowski Square In Zwoleń For The Needs Of The Poviat Eldership In Zwoleń. Zwolenia, The Preliminary Design Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party For Approval. Acceptance Of The Preliminary Project By The Contracting Authority Is The Basis For The Contractor To Obtain A Written Opinion Of The Relevant Monument Conservator. In The Case Of Receiving Conservation Recommendations, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Them Into Account By Introducing Relevant Corrections. After Completing These Activities And Obtaining The Final, Written Acceptance Of The Preliminary Project By The Ordering Party, It Will Be Possible To Start The Development Of A Construction Project; 2) Developing A Complete Construction Project In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, I.E. For Construction. The Construction Project Must Include: A) Land Development Project (Pzt); B) Architectural And Construction Design (Pab); C) Required Attachments To The Construction Project; D) Technical Projects, Consistent With The Scope Specified In Pfu And Legal Provisions; 3) Implementation Of Supplementary Studies, Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And Investment Implementation, Including: A) Map For Project Goals; B) And Health Protection (Bioz); C) A Temporary Traffic Organization Project - If Required; D) A Quality Assurance Program; E) Other Studies Required By Law; 4) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, Including Arrangements With The Mazowieckie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments, Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And The Implementation Of The Investment. Investors And Bill Of Quantities; 8) Developing Other Documents And Projects Not Included Directly In Opz, But Listed In Pfu Or Required By Law; The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Authority Supervision.
