1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled Modernization Of Poviat Roads In The Piła Poviat. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of Bituminous Overlays By Laying The Abrasive Layer From The Sma 8 Mastic And Ginger Mixture, Asphalt Concrete Ac11s Or From Sma 16 Jena, Depending On The Poviat Road, Based On Technical Documentation. As Part Of The Above Works Is Necessary To Mill The Bituminous Surface At The Beginning And At The End Of The Designed Section. Kr 3-4. Building Materials Necessary To Perform The Contract Must Correspond As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Admitted To Trading And Use In Construction, And Have Current Approvals Or Declarations Of Compliance With Technical Approval. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Taking Samples Of Pavement For Laboratory Tests.
