The Contractor After Familiarizing The Project Documentation And Other Documents Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Works Necessary To Achieve The Result. Productors Of Product Or Sources Of Their Origin Mean That They Have Such Meaning That The Technical Parameters Of The Indicated Products Specify The Minimum Expectations Required By The Contracting Authority To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Are Understood By Those That Have Technical Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In Swz And In The Attachments To Swz, It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation And Demonstrating Equivalence By The Use Of Materials Corresponding To The Standard Of The Product Indicated By The Name. The Contractor Has The Burden Of Equivalence. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Own Materials. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Separate And Secure The Terrain Of Works. 6) Performing Works, Partial Acceptance And Organization (Ohs, Fire Protection, And Coordination In The Field Of Health And Safety) In The Field Of Works Should Be Carried Out Based On Current Standards And Regulations.
