The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Materials For Protecting And Shaping The Environment: Sorption Materials, Plastic Containers, Capture Bathtubs As Described By The Subject Of The Contract And The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. The Quantities Included In The Option Will Be Used And Delivered To The Recipient, In Addition, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, At The Unit Prices Set Out In The Assortment And Price Form Within The Contract Of Implementation Of The Contract. 2. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Performance Of The Contract Are Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.4. Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options. The Employer Has Determined The Basic Level Of The Order, Which Can Be Expanded By Increasing The Amount Of Assortment To The Maximum Amount Specified In The Range Of The Assortment And Price Form In The Column (Option Number). The Employer Reserves That The Delivery Of Options Must Be Carried Out Under The Terms Specified In Detail In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
