3 The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.1.2. Leasing Requirements: 1.2.1. Duration Of The Contract - 36 Months (Including Purchase), Permanent And Unchanging Installments For The Duration Of The Leasing1.2.2. Preliminary Fee - 10 %, 1.2.3. Purchase Of A Tractor - 20 % - Will Be Paid With The Last Leasing Installment, 1.2.4. The Contractor Will Present A Fixed Monthly Value Of The Leasing Service In Pln For The Subject Of This Order, 1.2.5. The Contractor Will Present An Offer To The Employer For Operational Leasing, 1.2.6. The Contractor Will Present To The Employer Schedule Of Repayments Leasing Installments, Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Proceedings, 1.2.5. Possible Commission - A Manipulation Fee Payable Once, 1.2.6. Other Leasing Conditions Are Regulated By The Internal Regulations (Contractors) Of The Lessor (If So Exist) And The Provisions Of The Civil Code, 1.2.7. Type Of Transaction Protection - None. 1.3. Additional Requirements: 1.3.1. All Items (Annex 1) Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New And Come From Current Production (Year Of Production Min. 2023), 1.3.2. The Contractor In Its Offer May Offer Equipment With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In Annex 1, While Attaching The Technical Data Of The Proposed Elements, And Entering This Data In The Technical Specification Forms, Respectively In The Column Contractor Proposal, 1.3.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Name, Brand, Type, Parameters And Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment, 1.3.4. The Contractor, At The Latest On The Day Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Lease, Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With The Following Documents (In Polish): A) Approval Certificate And A Sign Of Manufacturer Ce Machines From Serial Production. The Employer Accepts The Receipt Of An Lift From The Approval Certificate. B) User Manuals In Polish Together With The Catalog Of Parts And Components Included In The Equipment (Spare Parts), Books Or Warranty Cards, 1.3.5. The Provided Use Documentation Must Be Written In Polish. Documents Prepared In A Foreign Language Must Be Submitted Along With The Translation Into Polish, Certified By The Contractor. 1.3.6. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Employer With All Documents Necessary To Use Vehicles. 1.3.7.
