The Subject Of This Order Is Purchase And Delivery Of One Factory New Light Rescue And Firefighting Car 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Annex 1 To Swz. 2. The Technical And Utility Parameters Given In Annex 1 To This Swz Are Required. Failure To Have Any Parameter Gives The Ordering Party A Basis For Rejecting The Offer. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Technically Efficient And Must Have All The Certificates And Certificates Required By Law. The Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period Is 24 Months, The Maximum Warranty And Warranty Period Is 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report. 6. Regardless Of The Guarantee Granted, The Employer Will Be Able To Claim His Rights On The Basis Of Warranty For Physical Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7.
