Journal Of Law Of 2024 Item Registration Of The Agricultural Tractor Lies With The Employer, While The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Required Documents Needed For Registration. Minimal Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract:- Engine Power Not Less Than 95 Hp And Not More Than 115 Hp;- Year Of Production 2025;- Cabin Equipped With Air Conditioning And Heating Of The Cabin;- Gearbox With The Possibility Of Changing The Semi-Loads Under Load;- 4X4 Drive;- Block 4X4 Attached Electro-Hydraulically;- Minimum 6 Hydraulic Outputs (3 Pairs);- Pneumatic Installation 1+2 Circuits;- Front Lift Rez;- Electronic Lift With The Possibility Of External Control From The Mud Level;- Pto Shaft With At Least Two Operating Speeds (Including Eco Mode Enabling Operation At Lower Engine Speed, Lowering Fuel.
